Specifically, we are looking for individuals experienced in full vehicle research, design, development and test responsibilities from prototype to production in the powersports, ATV and automotive/marine industries to work from our Auburn Hills headquarters.

All candidates for the Engineering positions must:
- Have Bachelor’s degrees in mechanical, electrical, manufacturing, or marine engineering;
- Be confident, detail and results-oriented, self-driven engineering professionals;
- Have proven history of accomplishments, with demonstrated strengths in their respective aspects of engineering.
* Some open positions may require experience in CATIA V5, and MS Project.
Typical engineering knowledge and experience for the various open positions would include: Lean Manufacturing, Emissions and Safety Standards (FMVSS), knowledge of industry quality standards, APQP, FMEA, DFM, and continuous improvement.
In addition to strengths in the engineering disciplines, preferred candidates will be:
- Knowledgeable in composite design & analysis, vehicle dynamics & architecture
- Skilled in both oral and written communications;
- Customer-oriented (both internal and external);
- Excellent problem-solvers;
- Proficient regarding organizational and time-management skills;
- Competent in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook), with the ability to create detailed status reports, measurables, and timelines.
